The student is accompanied by the guiding teacher in the assessment discussion through mobile connections. This is reasonable for example when the display has been given in another city than where the learning institution resides.

The digital documentation produced is a part of the documentation of the competence of the student.

During the student's on the job learning the created material is stored into eLOVE/cloud/digital platforms and the appraisers/assessors familiarize themselves to the material before the assessment discussion. For the assessment of vocational skills a versatile display of expertise is needed.

Before the evaluation you will be introduced to a competence test selected from the eLOVE or some other suitable platform. The competence test material can be for example, a video, pictures or a text blog.

The units requirements and evaluation criteria can be found from digital platforms.

Evaluation can be done via mobile devices.

For the assessment the digital material demonstrating the competence will be gathered by the trainee with coach and a guide.

Assessment

Taking part in the assessment discussion will be the guiding teacher, the student, and the workplace tutor or the recipient of the competence test as a workplace spokesperson. The student shows, that at what level his expertise is compared to the vocational skills requirements. The assessment is always based on the unit’s vocational skills requirements and the assessment´s criterions. The process before and during produces a lot of documentation of the competences of the student.
